Killer
Cops in the American Police State
|
About
forty days ago New Jersey Governor Corzine
was being driven on a state highway
accompanied by escorting State Police
vehicles. Sharing the expressway were
families and commuters unaware that
a killing machine was descending upon
them.
The
Police entourage was travailing at 91
m.p.h. Six thousand pounds of machinery,
dedicated to enforcing the law was committing
a mass felony, "Reckless Driving," knowingly
and with afore thought disobeying the
law they had sworn to uphold - putting
the lives of hundreds of innocents at
jeopardy. Fortunately, in this case
only lawbreakers were hurt.
All
across America there is a growing pattern
of those who wear a badge becoming aloof
and exempt from the law, receiving pass
after pass when caught torturing, planting
evidence, lying and killing untried
citizens.
During
the 1980s, law abiding citizens (the
establishment variety) began turning
a blinds eye on brutal police behavior
against those we were afraid of: young
black males, Latino youth and the socially
"others." Indeed, cheers were heard
emanating from gated communities as
our personal Rambo's and Charles Bronson
carried out the fantasy of our fears.
The result is a separate sect of society
being allowed the invention of its own
law and conduct. Police in Ft. Worth
planted drugs on arrestees; police in
L. A. were caught in a massive false
arrest schemes and recently executed
vicious raids against peaceful demonstrators.
In Atlanta a police invasion resulted
in the mowing down of 91 year old women
in her bedroom. It's all the same 91
m.p.h., murdering 91 year-old ladies,
or 91 made-up charges
|
against
innocent people.
Even
today, Joe Fuentes, Superintendent
of New Jersey State Police, works
to cover up, white wash and block
prosecution of law breaking cops such
as the killer that was driving Corzine's
car. The first and requisite duty
of any Law Enforcement Officer is
to obey the law. The first and primary
responsibility of the state is to
render her citizens safe, especially
from harm delivered at the hands of
those we empower.
Just
two weeks ago one of my church members,
Wanda, (a harmless, mentally ill,
drug addicted, prostituted woman),
a poor creature known to all as sick
and harmless, was stun gunned to death
on the streets of Baltimore by an
under-educated thug in a uniform.
He then drug her lifeless body by
her feet, face in the dirt, out of
the alley to the street. My first
thought was "she asked for it with
her life style." Then I caught myself
"you idiot, She was a citizen and
a human being - none of us deserve
the policing were getting." If we
fail to end police brutality and lawlessness
that is running America, the next
door smashed in will be yours.
Corzine's
driver needs to be arrested for felony
reckless driving. Los Angeles authorities
need to prosecute outlaw Cops. Baltimore
needs to produce law enforcement that
are Officers not thugs. All over America
Cops who plants evidence and falsify
reports should be prosecuted and punished.
As
an American and a Christian, I believe
Police Officers are entitled to EVERY
benefit all other citizens enjoy,
including the privilege of the law
- For God's Sake.
