Saddam Hussein Murdered

Murder: The unlawful killing of a human being with malice aforethought.

Scriptures tell of King David sending his young officer Uriah to war to be killed and David could marry Uriah's wife Bathsheba. Technically a lawful order from his Commander and Chief, yet, David has been cast a murderer because of "malice" (Law: evil intent on the part of the person who commits...).

Here's a run up to Saddam's hanging:

1. In the early part of the 20th century Sunni Moslems were chosen by the west as "agents' national" to rule over artificially created Iraq to ensure the flow of oil to Europe and America.

2. The Baath Party became cadre to control the populous as their natural resources were stolen from under their feet.

3. A strong, ambitious, unscrupulous Saddam Hussein became controller of the controllers acting as the middleman between the extorters (the west) and the victimized majority (Shiites and Kurds)

4. Saddam's job as defined by the United States and friends: "keep the oil flowing at dirt cheap prices by any and all means."

Modus operandi; we love cheap oil, bananas, coffee, diamonds, so we hire thugs to steal them!

5. During the Ford administration the Kurds fell out of favor with the U.S. and at this time CIA Chief G. Bush (the first) gave Saddam biological and other WMD's. Later these weapons were used to kill the people of Iran.

6. Thanks to International politics (Turkey and Europe) we had to quiet our man Saddam. He turned his attention south, with our tacit

approval, to take back another section of Iraq artificially cut off years prior - Kuwait.

7. Saddam had gone too far (Kuwait's job to keep Iran and Iraq from controlling the Persian Gulf entry).

8. The Gulf War is successful but Bush (I), now President, doesn't go into Baghdad. Why? All the experts know that our artificial country would break apart if the Baath Party is overthrown.

Fast forward a decade, another Bush is President and he wants to avenge his father, so:

9. We invade, Saddam is captured, and the hitherto victims of Saddam's control, the Shiites, demand his head.

10. HOWEVER, the world community has matured to the point where the rule of law is replacing rag-tag vengeance. Saddam Hussein is to go to the International Criminal Court where he is to be tried for crimes against humanity - LEGALLY and with DUE PROCESS of LAW.

However, the United States can't let this happen.

A. The U.S. fears our leaders, having done such evil, will be hauled before the ICC thus we can't recognize the court; therefore Saddam can't go where he belongs.

B. A legitimate trial would reveal the U.S.'s part in this "cleptorama." The answer:

Give Saddam to his adversaries, hold a sham trial and let the Shiites have revenge. No justice for the 100,000 plus victims, no exploring the evidence or hearing testimony, NO JUSTICE for the other perpetrators, just unlawful and malice murder.

It for worked for David now it's worked for us - what a shame - For God's Sake!
